The HORIBA test platform is a high-performance test bench developed by the German HORIBA company and introduced by Baofeng Company at a huge cost. Currently, there is only one such test bench in Asia. A high-specification sealed environmental simulation chamber is added to the tail of this test platform. The environmental simulation system of the equipment can realize dynamic temperature and humidity environment simulation. The simulated environmental temperature range reaches -20℃ to +50℃; the wind speed can reach up to 20m/s; the relative humidity can reach up to 85%, which can simulate various extreme weather conditions in the actual use of the product to the greatest extent. The perfect noise isolation system can control the background noise in the environmental chamber below 55dB, avoid the influence of external sounds on the noise test data, and make the test results more accurate.
The HORIBA test platform is equipped with a high-specification temperature measurement system and video monitoring system. It has a world-leading infrared remote sensing temperature measurement system, which can measure and record the temperature of the brake components in real time. At the same time, the video monitoring system of the equipment can monitor the test in real time during the test to ensure the safe operation of the test.
